Who we are
Elevation Six Limited is a civil construction company registered in New Zealand and based in Lower Hutt, Wellington. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Elevation Six Limited.

We collect personal information you give us directly, including when you send an enquiry, request a quote, apply for a role, or engage us for work. This typically includes:

Information is held in our business systems and with reputable third-party service providers, which may store data outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires us to hold it.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact us at info@elevationsix.co.nz and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
